Committee Meetings are conducted on the third Monday of each month as follows:
Strategic Planning Committee: 11:00 a.m.
Finance Committee: 11:30 a.m.
Personnel & Policy Committee: 12:00 p.m.
Board Meetings are conducted on the fourth Monday of each month at 12:00 p.m.
The meetings are held in the STARS Boardroom located in at the STARS Operations Center, 615 Johnson Street, Saginaw, MI.
